CycleWorks London is our first venture into the world of cycle repair on our own. Both of us have been working in the industry since we left school, (and we dare say, dabbling before we knew better) and have a combined experience of over 40 years in the trade. There’s very little that we don’t know about and have yet to come across any job that we haven’t been able to fix.
Over the years, we have picked up and used pretty much every tool used to repair, straighten and clean/Face a bicycle and amassed a personal collection of personal tools to carry out work anywhere, which will now all go into our fully kitted workshop to enable us to carry out a repair on any bike, no matter how small or large.
Here at CycleWorks, we’ll look after your pride and joy or workhorse and treat them with the same respect we would treat our own bicycles, and pride ourselves on only delivering a complete solution to any problems you might have with your ‘machine’ and won’t cut any corners or attempt any ‘quick fixes’, just good old fashion solutions.

From the start, the service was outstanding—during the inspection, I was given a clear price estimate, and when I went to pick it up, he was so honest that he even lowered the final cost because it turned out to be less than expected. The repair was flawless—my bike feels brand new! Unlike other shops, he didn’t push unnecessary replacements, which I really appreciate. I phoned up to ask if they could sort out a puncture on my bike and maybe give it a service - Mark was so friendly and told me to bring it straight in. He took a look at the bike, told me it didn’t need a service, and fixed the puncture very quickly, and for a reasonable price. Can’t recommend enough!
I came to the shop for an ebike puncture back wheel replacement, and left with my bike running really smooth. Excellent service and lovely demeanour from the couple. I will be back again soon to get some accessories for my bike in the near future. If you’re looking for a good quality, friendly bike shop for your bike look no further than this one !!
I recently had my bike serviced at Cycle Works, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly quick and efficient, taking care of my bike with expertise and attention to detail. They were also very helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring I understood the work that was done. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and their bikes. I went there on Saturday morning, and the guy at the shop solved my problem immediately. He is absolutely kind and friendly.
He fixed my bike on the spot and very quickly.

Just great. Went in this evening with a bike I had bought online for my son. Gears were out of line and they fixed it in seconds with no charge. They're always incredibly efficient and helpful.
